What we collect
We do not ask you to register, and we do not operate contact forms, comments or newsletters. We do not sell personal data.
Server log files
Our hosting provider automatically records standard access data that your browser transmits: the page requested, date and time, data transferred, referring page, browser type and version, operating system and IP address. This is required to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
Map tiles
Interactive maps are rendered with Leaflet using map tiles from the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF privacy policy). When a map loads, your IP address is transmitted to the tile servers to deliver the map images. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in showing interactive maps).
Your location
Some maps offer a "My location" button. Only if you press it does your browser ask for permission. The position is used in your browser to centre the map; it is not sent to us or stored.
Fonts and libraries
Leaflet, stylesheets and scripts are served from our own server. No external font services are used.
Affiliate links
This site earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with GetYourGuide, Stay22. Affiliate links transmit nothing until you click them. When you follow one, the partner receives your IP address and may set cookies to attribute a booking to this site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in financing this website). Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies of its own. It uses your browser's local storage only to remember an analytics opt-out, if you set one (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
